Team Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your account and get access to the 5x5 password vault. Takes about 5 minutes.
Setup steps
Go to the 5x5 Bitwarden login page
Open the link below in your browser. This takes you directly to the Five by Five Digital SSO login page.
vault.bitwarden.com/#/ssoEnter the organisation identifier
When prompted for the organisation identifier, type exactly:
5x5digital
Log in with your 5x5 Google account
You'll be redirected to Google. Sign in with your @fivebyfive.com.au account. Do not use a personal Gmail address.
Create your account and set a master password
After Google login you'll be redirected back to Bitwarden to join the organisation. Follow the prompts to complete account creation and set your master password.
Install the browser extension
When prompted, select Get the extension and install it. This is required for password autofill to work across all sites.

Once your account is created and the extension is installed, send Leo a message. He'll assign your permissions and grant access to the relevant password collections for your role.
Master password tip
Your master password is separate from your Google login. Choose something strong and memorable — it cannot be recovered if lost. Store it somewhere safe outside of Bitwarden (e.g. written down securely at home).
